Tabling Info

Thanks for being interested in tabling at May Day 2026! Contact tables@eugenemayday.org with any questions.

We are interested in activism or organizing-related tabling, not businesses or people selling things. (Receiving donations is fine.)
Candidate electoral campaigns are not a fit for this event. Initiative campaigns are welcome!

Timing

Setup will be 11am-noon. You're welcome to arrive anytime. We suggest around 11:30am.

The event goes until 5pm. You're welcome to stay for the whole time or just part.

Equipment

If you have your own table and canopy (it could rain) please bring it.

If you need a table or canopy, please let us know. We will have some extras.

We're encouraging groups contribute something relevant/fun; what kinds of activities/education/etc might your group be interested in hosting at your table? (No problem if not)

If your organization can contribute to costs, how much can they provide? (We are crowdsourcing to cover costs and do not have fiscal support for this event. Your contribution is invaluable.)

Do you have any events in April/May that up you'd like to be cross-promoted with May Day? (Especially labor related)
